The opening of the Fifth Moscow International Halal Exhibition Moscow Halal Expo 2014 will be on June 5, 2014, at the All-Russian Exhibition Center, Moscow.
With the increasing number of Muslims, the demand for halal products and services is growing every year. However, in Russia halal products and services are popular not only among Muslims, but also among people of other religions and ideologies, as halal products are known for its quality and the sphere of halal services is based on mutual respect and honest cooperation.
The Exhibition is to unite around 200 exhibiting companies from Russia, CIS countries, Southeast Asia, North Africa, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey and other countries. The Exhibition consists of block-sectors on the subjects of Food & Agro, Tourism & Services, Perfumery & Cosmetics, Style & Textiles, Catering, Health & Fitness, Education & Publishing, Finance & Investment, Technology, Media, and Arts & Decoration.
Islamic Fashion will be one of sectors showcased in the Moscow Halal Expo 2014
The exhibition provides an extensive business program, including the ‘Moscow Halal Business Forum’, consisting of ‘V Moscow Halal Congress’ and ‘V Islamic Finance and Investment Forum’. Topical roundtables on the subjects of halal tourism, Islamic fashion industry, Islamic finance and investment will take place within the business program of the expo. The main purpose of the exhibition and the Business Forum is to promote ethical business and finance in Russia, creating the necessary institutional environment. The exhibition contributes to the solution of such important tasks as the exchange of experience in the field of halal certification and Islamic finance, attracting attention to the production and distribution of halal products and services, establishing business contacts between representatives of domestic and foreign businesses.
Another important event of the exhibition is the ‘III Muslim Youth Forum’, which will focus on improving the civil and social activity of the Muslim youth and will go under the motto ‘#improve’. ‘V Festival Islamic Style’ will unite designers, fashion houses and buyers. Tasty halal dishes will be shown at the ‘III Cuisine Show’, where everyone can enjoy the masterpieces cooked right in front of visitors.
This year the exhibition celebrates its fifth anniversary, and therefore promises to be an even grander scale in comparison with previous years. Organizers do not doubt that this exhibition will bring great benefits, Muscovites and visitors will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest innovations in the halal industry. All the best halal products, which are sometimes not easy to find in the large city of Moscow, for 4 days (from 5 to 8 of June 2014), will be presented to you in one place – the Moscow Halal Expo.
