Parason Health Products, Inc. a brand of the finest nutritional and dietary supplements, was certified as Halal by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA).

ISNA is non-Profit association of various Muslim groups and individuals, providing a common platform to develop educational, social, and outreach programs, and generating good relations with other religious communities and civic organizations.

The ISNA Halal Certification program was established to identify products as Halal, thereby in accordance with Islamic Law (Shariah), for purchase by Muslim consumers and others interested in consuming products that are found to be wholesome, pure, and healthy.

The certificate is given after a thorough review of all ingredients and materials to be used, the manufacturing process and sanitary procedures. If all requirements meet with Halal procedures (similar to those of ISO and HACCP), a written contract between ISNA and the applying company is made indicating the terms and conditions required to maintain Halal standards.

After this, the Halal Certificate is issued, and the company is given the rights to advertise the ISNA Halal logo in all avenues.

“ISNA’s mission is to contribute to the betterment of the Muslim community and society at large. With this commitment, ISNA embarked on a great service through the Halal Certification Program. We commend organization such as Parason Health Products, Inc., that join hand to ensure we continue fulfilling the needs of our communities,” said Ahmed El-Hattab, ISNA’s Acting Secretary General and Executive Director of the ISNA Development Foundation.

“Every capsule, tablet or grain of powder we manufacture and market reflects our commitment to give the consumer the utmost quality, service and value” said Sharmin A. Karim, Executive Director at Parason Health Products, Inc. “With this new Halal Certification, it will help solidify the Parason brand into a broad market of educated and quality conscientious consumers.

Since 1996, Parason Health Products, Inc., has been in the business of research & development, design, manufacture and sale of only the finest dietary supplements and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products.
